CaSandra Neyland, who has been an employee at Netflix for nearly a year, laughs with a friend while she loads DVDs into a processing machine at the Neflix distribution center in Memphis at 4155 Willow Lake Blvd. This distribution center is one of 58 in the country, and when it opened in 2005, it was the 35th center. The office ships out around 11,000 DVDs a day, and work begins at 4 a.m.
