This is from the “snow” that hit Louisville the other morning. It was really half an inch but it made for a nightmare on the roads. The snow hit and the city of Louisville had written it off as nothing, but when snow comes at rush hour it gets packed quickly, turns to ice and then the salt trucks can’t get out. This car had an accident on Chamberlain Lane, and I was nervous to even park near it on this 90 degree turn because there were cars dropping in ditches left and right.

I’m heading to Lexington this morning, and then to Middlesboro, where there is 100 percent chance of snow from 10 a.m. until Sunday. Should be interesting.
