The Louisville alumni chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. held a cleanup of Muhammad Ali Boulevard yesterday. The group hopes that one day the community will take pride in their neighborhood and keep it clean. They say it’s getting better.
Cutline: Otis Franklin, a Kentucky State alum of the 1961 class and an Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. member, picks up trash on Saturday morning while working with other fraternity alumni to cleanup Muhammad Ali Boulevard.
